What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Light weight training , Core conditioning,
short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength,
jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness
kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises,
and more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one
hour during your four or five -week program. All participants
will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:25 AM.10:55
for Babies camp or 11:55 for downtown camp. On rainy or snowy
days we meet inside. In the winter we meet indoors.
When does the next Boot Camp Start?
Basically Every 2 weeks there is a
new program starting.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 and 8 lbs),
Men ( 5 and10 lbs) water bottle, running shoes, and a sense
of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at Walmart,
Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. We are
also offering them as part of our
Bronze and Platinum packages. There are several businesses
that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be
given details for participating businesses prior to the start
of camp.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $399 for
12 hours of instruction or $499 for 20 hours ! That's just
$24.95 per hour. As you come longer the cost of camp can drop
to as little as $2.98 a session. This is
also the ONLY boot camp anywhere to include high end Lifecoaching.
Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction
for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically
charge $60 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a
great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction
by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the
cost.

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.
